omg, love that.. guy! I happened to catch that episode a while back and was fascinated by him and his bread skills. Later in the show, his WIFE, who is also a culinary talent, came out and made a bunch of spreads for his faboo breads. They were from Portland, I believe. Maybe it was the pageboy tranny Mecca before the granola hipsters took over?
