Ha. One of my Jersey friends would say, that's very Totowa. Totowa is a part of NJ with a heavy concentration of Italian-Americans fond of adorning their homes/yards/mirrors/furniture/etc.
"gilt-y" as charged so says the Italian American.
These look more like the contents than the receptacle.
