Did you know...

A gallon of skim milk, left in the refrigerator of an apartment in a Southern city without electricity...for a week or so...in September....will turn to something vaguely resembling a huge, white-petalled rose of a cottage cheese-like substance floating atop a pale, opalescent liquid?

I didn't.

Strangely, I did not know that. There are always so many new fun things to learn in life! (And some days, aren't you just sick to death of learning things?)

Just don't let those freaky kombucha people near it.

Sadly, I think I did know that.

May I suggest a Costco size box of baking soda? Use in moderate amounts, change out frequently.

Maybe you can use it as a Beauty Product.

Soy milk turns into a yogurt-type substance.

May I ask why you left skim milk in your refrigerator during a hurricane? So you could see what it would do? :)

I seem to attract mold on my pineapple rings. Just saying. Minus the pending hurricane.
