May I suggest a Costco size box of baking soda? Use in moderate amounts, change out frequently.
Maybe you can use it as a Beauty Product.
Soy milk turns into a yogurt-type substance.
May I ask why you left skim milk in your refrigerator during a hurricane? So you could see what it would do? :)
