you can make that legged ornament easy! don't they sell fake birds at places like michael's? just rip the legs off one & glue gun away!

the TV dinner is another story.

You could fashion half that stuff out of my tinfoil hat.

TV Dinners are best in blown glass.
Also, I'll be back in NOLA a week from today.

PS: the security word I have is Chothmin...isn't that a street in uptown?

I want the Reynold's gift basket. You can never have too much alumimum

I expected a few more balls in this post. I'll have to settle for that stunning fireplace.

All good stuff but 'blinking Rudolph' is the bombtastic!

What would Christmas be without the cheesy decor? That's what makes is so brilliant. The one time of year (except for Halloween) where you can decorate until the cows come home and no one will dare question you for it.

ricola: I think you're right. She's the Muse of Dressing Badly, I think. And if you have any free time when you're back down here, it'd be great to meet. I'll even buy you a drink at St. Joe's.

Aluminum is my favorite metal. Tinfoil is the spirit manifested.

Urban outfitters has the TV dinner in glass ornament. I did not buy one.

I remember that fireplace as a kid. We used ours from the early 70's until the early 80's. My mom stopped using it after it got too worn out and tossed it. Funny I was just thinking about it this evening and did an online search and you only just posted the image. Thanks for sharing!
