Why yes, it is an Our Lady of Guadalupe gumball machine.
(Sadly, located at our local Dollar Tree, and not in the Cathedral foyer)
I haven't been this excited since I was five!
No gum, but did get two icons for 4 quarters.

Right up the road by me is a huge Our Lady of Guadeloupe cathedral by the lake......and I doubt they have a gum ball machine either.
