I tried figuring out the target audience, but maybe you can help me.
I'm sorry to say I've never heard that song or seen the video. I don't think MTV was playing it at the time. Was it on Midnight Tracks? Is that what that show was called on TBS?
I think it was Night Flight? But I'm not sure.
The "target audience" would be the same as the cast I think :)
