But like your experience, it might be more of a nostalgic thing.Colleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00014245695974803652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13889804.post-71751554281331738092008-08-16T12:23:00.000-05:002008-08-16T12:23:00.000-05:00I still love "Don't Cry Out Loud," but these days ...I still love "Don't Cry Out Loud," but these days I like Peter Allen - who wrote it, after all - singing it. Something about Manchester just didn't pan out over the long haul...Muscatohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04657061324487851341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13889804.post-86835323868901132102008-08-16T09:25:00.000-05:002008-08-16T09:25:00.000-05:00Oh, you know, I just replayed Nat's "Cherchez La F...Oh, you know, I just replayed Nat's "Cherchez La Femme," and it IS a different song. For some reason, I remembered the melody being the same, with Les Buzzards just changing the lyrics.

I DO, however, heartily recommend the album from whence Nat's version came, "The Very Thought of You." Among other morsels, it includes lyric themes to "Notorious" and "Magnificent Obsession"!TJBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09180041865489453236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13889804.post-66066904238322789472008-08-16T00:49:00.000-05:002008-08-16T00:49:00.000-05:00No kidding?!
