I can't tell you how happy they make me.
I have them hanging up in my little apartment now. I remember them hanging up in the front windows every year, usually with some black and orange crepe paper streamers here and there.
A big bowl of candy sat on the credenza in the hall.
Halloween was always my favorite holiday growing up. (Still is.)
(uh...can we say gay?)

Are you offering tricks or treats this year?
yes.
No, I mean WHICH one are you offering?
The tricks?
Or the treats?
Though I suppose in your case they're one and the same.
those are too cool, sugar! so retro! xoxoxo
i love vintage halloween decorations like these.
Jason!
Oh, I love these!
Our family saved a handful of old cardboard Christmas decorations from around 25 years ago.
They don't make them like that anymore! Very graphic, lush, and vintage-looking illustrations.
Hold onto these, Jason, and get out of that closet already!

So funny! I remember these, and they have versions of these same decorations up where I work at LSU, but they look new-- I hope the original artist is still getting residuals from them.
I'll be down for Halloween, maybe we can meet up!
I love these old (Beistle Halloween decorations) we used to hang this witch on the front door every year. Now I just hang my girlfriend Heather instead.
I’m pretty sure that I will be in New Orleans for Halloween as well (Oct 30-Nov 2) Maybe you, me, and Colleen can all meet up and have a three way.
Oh, Jason! These are so old school awesome!
That would be fabulous, Mean Dirty!
And I can't thank you enough for giving me the brand name!
Jackpot!
Oh Em Gee...my Mom used to put these very same decorations up every Halloween. We had all the ones you've pictured here, except for the 1st one of the black cat!
I love these old school ornaments! They remind me of elementary school classrooms at Halloween...and the costume pageants at school.
